for a spirit being like myself 300 is about 3 years old worth of intelligence when in soul form, since i am 400 now when i die the vessel i possess has to be around 4 and compatible with me, an incompatible vessel will rot, i only take the recently deceased ones too, when i am 1000 years old it will be harder to integrate into the child’s life since i will have to start possessing 10 year olds and so on so forth, eventually though after i have lived on long enough if i get enough power and energy by feeding via the method that we were made to use, mine is eroding the sanity of evil beings but others feed off of plantlife’s existence or love, lust, death and many other methods,, anyways, if you get enough energy then you can become a celestial and do things like creating pocket realities, also God decides what types of powers we can use, i have telepathy and mind reading for instance but both methods will erode your sanity causing you to go insane/commit suicide so i cannot use them on normal people, i also have a variety of other powers to utilize but those are my aces so i will not be specifying here
