After the last chapter, I couldn’t wait so read the novel chapters to see how the fight goes.
It’s much more epic in the novel (not that I don’t appreciate the work done here).
But the @sshole had a whip sword that he could manipulate with aura.
The arena was crowded and everyone was cheering MC’s name.
The @sshole’s father tried to cheat by giving advice during the duel.
The @sshole was losing all kinds of blood and teeth.
MC was showing off his new footwork that he learned from his grandfather.
I highly recommend reading it for yourself if you haven’t already.
A sword duel is a duel with real swords, not a duel with ONLY swords.
And the back/flat of a sword is still a sword so that doesn’t even make sense to think it would be invalid.
This is not meant to be a duel to the death, otherwise there wouldn’t be bets that involve the loser surviving.
