Well, they did enjoy torturing people. The whole room is highly radioactive, and covered in scenes depicting the process.

Then once again, the artist was poorly inspired. It’s true the defeated race will be nicknamed the “stickmen” because their bodies were flat (but it might just be from dessication over all those millenia) and rectangular, and their arms and legs were skinny, but to draw them as broken lines… :p LOL
