Summary
Munemiya Muni “Are you really that afraid… of this school of magic?” A young man named Arc, pale and dizzy from motion sickness, wanders through the royal capital. Today is the entrance exam for the Magic Academy. In a world where one’s power is defined by their magical school (style), Arc—who belongs to no school at all—nevertheless remains determined to pass. While nearly throwing up in front of a food stall, he’s encouraged by the kindly shopkeeper he just met. But just as he’s about to continue to the exam hall— he witnesses a shocking scene: a fellow applicant, completely charred and collapsed on the ground.
