Well just what hell did Tia and Perez agree too? Perhaps did that agreement affect the ban hammer on the current head of Lombardi? ( Are they staging a coup without bloodshed? Are they announcing a marriage themselves?) Your right, there’s some bizarre plot hole somewhere in the last chapter? I don’t get it either.
