You know this doesn’t really make sense. Yeah he is shifty untrustworthy and may betray you. However he had no reason to betray them unless they prevented his godhood also he is better as a ally then I guy with a slave city. He would have fought them over being a God but so would anyone else. Most of the bad stuff he did made the city survive too and now they are being the sketchy ones. Also, literally none of them besides Jack have a chance at becoming a god so they should just give up and let the MC win.
