He is the only necromancer and also his talent multiplies his skill levels, and also his summons’ stats (and I think his stats) by 10, so no, there is no combination of job and talent like him.
Even if there were a different kind of summoner that could control similar numbers, they wouldn’t have stats similar his skeletons because they wouldn’t have his unique talent.
Also, in the case of dungeons and other special areas, there are level caps, meaning that a summoner more powerful than him couldn’t necessarily enter the areas he can.
