Hmmmmm the more I think about it, the more I feel that the structure of the departments in my home country is different…
I think there’s actually no such thing as general department, but all surgeons from different departments, contribute in surgeries depending on their specialisation….

So, the division of departments are based on surgeons choice of specialisation, just like anaesthetic… There’s always anaesthetics, regardless weather they’re specialists or not…

So, the real divide are in between surgeons and physicians like anaesthetic and internal medicines…
