Tbh, my old grandpa as he’s simply die in his sleep, not due to sickness…

While dementia and can’t remember many things, he has no problem of doing any activities. Especially, climb up stairs…

As he simply need someone to guide him around, my primary school self was the one, who had hard time to keep up the pace…whenever we’re in public area, but forced to use the stairs…

While I don’t know how strong, he was compared to average adults…
My grandmother used to let him, carry travelling bags, luggages, as the pair were more fond on taking public transport to visit their children homes…

And you must know, that they had ten children…
