Summary
Eleanor, a countess maiden, is forced into a marriage with a “ugly god” whom the saint (her childhood friend) calls “incompetent god.” Despite this, Eleanor’s optimistic nature leads her to serve the god willingly. But then she learns something shocking: is it true that this ugly god is actually the supreme god, revered by other gods as supremely handsome? A Cinderella-like turnaround story begins for the “drop-out saintess.”
